Pekka Ketola, from Innovaatioyhtiö Ideascout in Finland somehow captured my life’s work in one article.
On one page, he connected ideas from several of my books into a surprisingly cohesive philosophy of innovation.
But one theme jumped out at me:
We don’t need more answers. We need better questions.
AI can generate answers in seconds. Best practices give us answers that worked for someone else. Experts have answers based on what worked in the past.
The real opportunity is to step back and ask:
Are we solving the right problem in the first place?
Pekka does a great job connecting that idea to differentiation, collaboration, blind spots, and even the people who drive us crazy.
