Hi, I’m Stephen Shapiro.
Twenty years ago, I developed Personality Poker® as a way to help individuals and companies grow through innovation. It’s a fun card game that helps people understand how they contribute to and detract from their company’s success, whom they need need to partner with to complement their hand, and how to build a high-performing innovation team.
Since then, over one hundred thousand people around the world have played.
Having delivered hundreds of sessions, I’ve proven that people prefer to have fun while learning, growing, and producing results.
Work does not need to be work. It can be fun and engaging.
