The Individual vs Corporate Certification
The corporate certification builds on the individual program but is designed to go significantly deeper—equipping teams to embed collaboration, innovation, and cultural alignment across the organization. In addition to everything in the individual certification, corporate cohorts benefit from private group sessions, personalized team support, and tools tailored to drive lasting change at scale.

Investment for Individuals
For individuals, the first year is currently a $2,500 investment (normally $3,000) and includes everything listed above. You can run Personality Poker sessions as often as you like. The only requirement is that cards are not reused, so you’ll need to leave them behind after each event and purchase new ones for future sessions.
After the first year, there’s a $500 annual renewal fee to maintain certification. This includes everything from the first year, except you’ll receive only one one-on-one session and no additional poster or swag.
