In 2011, they selected Best Practices Are Stupid as the best innovation and creativity book of the year.
And today, they published my ChangeThis manifesto titled “Innovate Where You Differentiate.”
They asked me to create a 2,000-word article that is not an excerpt from or a summary of my book, PIVOTAL. Rather, I chose to dive deep into one aspect of the book’s content: the Innovation Targeting Matrix. This powerful framework helps companies (and individuals) prioritize their innovation and AI investments.
